Ways to relieve stress

Stress is the emotional and physical strain caused by our response to pressure from the outside world. Common stress reactions include tension, irritability, inability to concentrate, and a variety of physical symptoms that include headache and a fast heartbeat.

It's almost impossible to live without some stress. And most of us wouldn't want to, because it gives life some spice and excitement. But if stress gets out of control, it may harm your health, your relationships, and your enjoyment of life.

Ways to relieve stress:

1). Meditation: Start your day with meditation.it will help u alot to remove your tension and feel you comfortable

2). Smell Roses: If you are feeling stress, then smell roses..it will keep you fresh like roses.

3). laugh : If you're anxious about a situation then laugh for atleast 3-4 mins loudly.

4). Sleep: While it's thought that eight hours is the standard, everyone's needs are different.

5). Drink plenty of water: Drinking lots of water is the one way solutions to each and every problem.

6). Exercise: Exercise will keep you fit so do it daily.
