Tips to Prevent Skin from wrinkles


Wrinkles are lines or creases on the surface of your skin. They are a natural part of aging. But even young people's skin can develop wrinkles if it's damaged by too much sun or by smoking. Frequent exposure to sunshine results in premature skin wrinkling and increased pigmentation (liver spots). It also increases the likelihood of skin cancer. Exposure to cigarette smoke is another environmental factor that increases wrinkling of the skin


Wrinkles are often especially noticeable on your face. Lines tend to form on your face in the places your skin folds when you smile or make other expressions.Wrinkles usually start as fine lines. They tend to get deeper over time. You may get wrinkles:

Across your forehead

Between your eyebrows (frown lines)

Around the corners of your eyes (crow's feet)

Around the corners of your mouth

On your upper lip

On your cheeks

Just in front of your ears.




Here are some simple home remedies to deal with wrinkles on skin and prevent the formation of new ones –


1). The recipe is;

2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar


1 tablespoon honey (you can add more to taste)


1 glass of water
 Mix all them together and aplly on your face for min 10-15 mins

2). Take lukewarm water in winters and ice cold in summers. This works for a lot of peoples and surely you are one of them.



3). Honey is a great humectant: make a mask of honey with the contents of a vitamin E capsule added and smooth on your face. Allow to rest for 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water and pat dry.



4). Eating one tablespoon of crushed garlic with equal amount of honey empty stomach revitalizes skin and body, gives energy and impediment the signs of aging including wrinkles



5). Aloe vera gel makes a great healing moisturizer. Use it on your face and body as often as possible.



6). Anti-oxidant-rich foods like carrots, for example, are good to eat–and good to apply to the skin. Try adding carrot juice or other fruit or vegetable juices to your moisturizer.



7). Rub Vitamin E or wheat germ oil directly into wrinkles.



8). Rub the core of pineapple on the face and leave it for 10-15 minutes before rinsing off. This works well on fine wrinkles.



9). A regular fruit facial is very effective in combating wrinkles. You can use a good fruit based cream for this and massage in circular strokes in upward motion. This h increases blood circulation and helps get rid of wrinkles.



10). Applying juice of green pineapples and apples on the face daily for 10-15 minutes is good for fine wrinkles and cracked skin.



11). Empty the contents of 3 Vitamin E capsules into a small bowl. Add to this 2 tsps plain yogurt, 1/2 tsp honey and 1/2 tsp lemon juice. Apply this mixture on the face using a cotton ball. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse.



12). A mixture of 1/4 cup comfrey infusion, 1/4 cup witch hazel and 10 drops of patchouli essential oil is effective in treating wrinkles. This can be stored in a clean bottle and applied on affected areas with a cotton ball.



13). Apply egg whites to the skin under your eyes.



14). Make a natural face mask by blending equal parts of fresh cucumber and yogurt. Allow it to set for 15 minutes before rinsing and patting dry. Cucumber is a gentle, cleansing and nourishing the skin without stripping it of the oils and acids it needs to maintain a youthful tone. Yogurt is rich in lactic acid, which has been proven to not only help prevent wrinkles, but reduce those which already exist.



15). Almonds are another great remedy for treating wrinkles. Take 6-7 almonds and soak them overnight. Peel them in the morning and grind them into a fine paste using raw milk. Apply this paste on the wrinkles for about 15-20 minutes and rinse off using warm water. Alternatively, you can also apply almond oil on your face and feet before going to bed and wash off in the morning.



16). Apples are also a great way to prevent wrinkles. Take an apple and boil it in a pan of water. Peel it and mash it into a pulp. Add 1 tsp honey to this and apply it all over your face and neck. Rinse off after 30 minutes to get a wrinkle free radiant complexion.



17). Lavender essential oil is very effective in combating wrinkles. Using a few drops of lavender essential oil in your bath or massaging it on the wrinkle affected areas helps reduce the creases and prevents dryness.



18). Drink plenty of water and natural juices made from raw fruits and vegetables. Fluids help to eliminate toxins from the body that cause acne, skin problems and premature aging. Drinking juice made from raw fruits and vegetables will ensure that your body gets all of the vitamins and minerals it needs to keep you healthy and looking younger.
