Go Glam with Glitter

Glitter is very useful in makeup. Glitter can make a dramatic effect to any costume you can use any color, silver, gold, even purple.

1. Get out a small make up brush, such as a lip liner brush or if you don't have one, you can use a q-tip.
2. Put on your regular layer of makeup including foundation, blush, and eyeshadow. Do not apply your mascara until the end.
3. Line your lid with eyeliner. If you're using a colored glitter, I recommend using the same color eyeliner.
4. Wet the end of your small brush or q-tip with water and then squeeze excess water off the brush.
5. Close your eye and drag the damp brush across the eyeliner and then with the dry end of the q-tip or another small dry brush, dip the brush into the loose glitter and dab it along the wet liner on your lid or as far up as you like.
6. Fan dry your eye using your hand for about one minute before opening your eye. If any excess glitter has fallen on to your upper cheek, you can remove it by blotting a small piece of scotch tape against your cheek.
7. Now you can apply mascara and head to the closest party!
