Sleep for beautiful skin

Here are some tips :

1).Avoid creating bed wrinkles by sleeping on your back.

2).Sleep is one of the secrets of a good complexion and a healthy body. Try to maintain it.

3).Try reading a book.

4).Add a tablespoon of honey to a glass of warm milk and drink it before bedtime.

5).Try conscious relaxation or meditation before bedtime. It helps to calm the mind.

6).Have a bed switch, so you don't have to get up to turn out the lights.

7).Dont Try to sleep immediately after a meal.

8).Dont take coffee before going to bed.

9).Sleep in complete darkness.

10).Read something spiritual or religious.

11).Eat a high-protein snack several hours before bed.

12).Take a hot bath, shower or sauna before bed.

13).Exercising for at least 30 minutes everyday can help you fall asleep.

14).Put your work away at least one hour (but preferably two or more) before bed.

15).Reduce or avoid as many drugs as possible.
