Foot care Tips:


We can say that the health of your feet plays a much important role in your overall personality. Thus, it is quite obvious that people want to have beautiful and healthy feet. However, for the purpose, you need to take proper care of your feet, washing and scrubbing them properly, moisturizing them on a regular basis, and so on. At the same time, you need to wear comfortable shoes, which allow your feet to relax and breathe easily.








Some more foot skin care tips.

1. Scrub your feet, especially the heels, with a foot scrubber on a regular basis. It will help remove the dead cells and make you feet softer.

2. Wash you feet on a daily basis, in lukewarm soapy water. Thereafter, rinse them with cool water, dry with a towel and apply foot cream.

3. Whenever you get your feet wet, make sure to dry them thoroughly, especially between the toes.

4. The best time to buy shoes is later in the day, when the feet are a bit swollen. The shoes that feel comfortable at that time will surely be comfy at all times of the day.

5. Don't wear the same shoes every day.

6. Choose footwear made of natural materials to help your feet to breathe.

7. Change stockings or socks at least once a day. Choose socks containing at least 70 per cent cotton or wool. Some socks made from man-made fibers can help keep sweat away from the skin, keeping the skin dry and reducing odor.

8. Vary your heel heights from day to day, one-day wearing low heels, and the next day slightly higher heels.

9. Vary shoe types.

10. For everyday use, keep heel heights to about 2cm.

11. To refresh feet, massage gently with a foot roller, or better still, ask you partner to massage your feet.

12. Sitting with your feet up for 10 minutes after a long day helps circulation

13. Before going to bed, wash you feet thoroughly, dry them with a towel and apply moisturizer generously, especially at the heels.

14. Whenever you are applying moisturizer or cream on your feet, avoid the area between the toes.

15. Raise, point and then curl your toes for five seconds each, repeated ten times which is particularly good for your toe cramps or hammer toes.

16. Circle the alphabet with your feet. (A good exercise you can do while sitting at your desk in the office.)

17. Massaging the feet each night with oil is relaxing and keeps them soft and supple. In winter warm oil can be used with sesame or mustard oil. In summer coconut oil provides a cooling effect.

18. Trim nails straight across, and not too short. Don't cut out or dig at corners.
