Steaming steps

Steaming the face is the best way to thoroughly deep clean your pores, to get rid of pimples, blackheads and whiteheads

The people who make expensive acne medications want you to spend money. That's why they won't tell you that there is a free way to prevent and treat acne which can be more effective than anything.

Steaming steps

Step one: Firstly make sure your skin is clean and makeup free for best results. Tie your hair back so it doesn’t get in the way.

Step two: Take a pan and fill it with boiling water from the kettle, or simply boil the water on the stove. Don’t keep the water on the stove whilst steaming your face – put it on a table.

Step three: Stand with your face directly over the steam from the pan and drape a towel over your head to keep the steam from escaping. You must use the towel over the head if you want the best results possible. But remember to leave at least a small gap so you can still breathe!
Hold your face over the steam for around 10–15 minutes. Make sure you don’t scald your skin.

Step four: Rinse your face immediately with lukewarm water.

After you have steamed your face, wash it with your facial cleanser. You cleanser is able to get into all of your pores and clean out all the dirt and oil. Pat dry with a towel after washing. Since steaming your face can sometimes dry out your skin, make sure that you apply a moisturizer after your face is steamed and washed.
