Stop your nails from biting.

Nails biting is the habbit that is not easy to quit. I am going to tell you the reasons for doing it and some tips to stop the nails biting. It will work sure.

Reasons for biting the nails.

1. Stress is one of the main reason for this habit.

2. Those who give up smoking often replace that habit with nail biting.

3. Some people bite their nails when bored or sitting idle.

4. Some people bite their nails when they are thinking deeply.

Here are the tips.

1. Every morning dip your nails into nail polish remover .It makes them nasty.

2. Rub a juicy jalapeno pepper on your nails. It will burn the open cuts and leave a horrible taste. With that u will not think of taking it in your mouth.

3. Paint your nails with the bright color so you can notice when you are biting them.

4. Keep an emery board handy at all times. This will help you when your nails do start to grow and you start feeling them.

5. Keep nail clippers with you because nail biters are always tempted to bite off a sharp edge on a nail or a nail that is a little longer than the others. So Keeping nail clippers with you can be helpful.

6. Start taking gum or mints at all times. Keep it with you all the times.

7. Apply the nail biting cream like “Control It” to your nails. It tastes so bitter you wont dare to bite them.

8. Females can put artificial nails. It will help them and the guys can polish them and apply some shine promoter or they can also apply petroleum jelly.
